Clients That Stepped Into Their Power…
MarKing's approach is mixed with empathy and candor, guiding me towards my voice; with Artistry in Life, I've been able to advocate for myself, clearly communicate boundaries with others, and work towards a purpose (a.k.a. my Mission Statement). MarKing's easygoing and supportive personality makes for an effective method and an approachable coach—I'm always excited to share my wins with him. He's the coach you want and need on your corner, because as you deal with each gut-wrenching punch or murky challenge, MarKing is ready to share the tools, roadmap, and strength you need to get through anything.

Before working with MarKing, I felt scattered, overwhelmed, and constantly pulled in too many directions. I was trying to say yes to everything and everyone, hi, I'm a recovering people pleaser. This left me drained and unsure of what really mattered. Throughout our work together, I learned to set boundaries, clarify my goals, and simplify my life.
Now, I approach challenges with focus and intention instead of reacting to pressure. My professional relationships are stronger, my self-worth feels grounded, and I communicate more clearly and confidently. I’m more compassionate with myself, honor my limits, and make space for what truly energizes me. This work feels authentic, practical, and transformative, and has shifted the way I live and how I am learning to become a better leader. Plus, he's a really great guy and truly has your best interest at heart.

Working with MarKing brought me a new level of self-awareness. I was able to explore uncomfortable corners of my psyche that were preventing me from approaching a fullness of understanding, responsibility, and release. Before my time with MarKing, I was very resistant to broach anything related to a familial relationship of mine, and with MarKing I felt comfortable enough and, importantly, supported enough to dig in and do the work without fear of emotional collateral damage.
Despite the difficulty of some of the topics, MarKing remained easy to talk to. I felt seen, understood, and challenged in the best ways, during and after each session. MarKing has a rich understanding of the complexities of the human experience, and the ways in which the mental and the emotional manifest into the physical. I’m grateful for his coaching and highly recommend his services!

I met Marking through a mutual work arrangement at a point in my life where I was learning how to be an effective leader in my new role as a tour manager. I had a lot of self doubt, stress, and anxiety and my inner dialogue was trending negatively. Through that work arrangement we would have conversations nightly that in hindsight were actually mini coaching sessions. It wasn’t until a year later where I would really hit rock bottom.
My initial conversations with Marking were more career focused but this time around it was deeply personal. I had hit a new low and knew that the best way forward was with a little help from my friend Marking. I needed some healing. Through this first session I was able to make a major shift in my inner dialogue and make changes in my life that have been monumental in my growth in all aspects. This was where I really started realizing the potential of emotional intelligence. First and foremost my relationship with myself started to heal. With that followed all of the relationships around me, most importantly, the one with my wife. Using the tools Marking taught me I was able to find my flow, and once I did it was off to the races, I've been riding it since! I was able to quit drinking in large part because Marking helped me re-realize my full potential. He provided me a platform to have spiritual and emotional accountability which is something I never realized I needed. As I continued to realize my full potential all of the things I have been working for started falling into place exactly as they needed to. As long as I continue to follow my north star, stay in practice, and live by my mission statement I know that I will always be safe, I am guided, and I am in control.
In between my first and second sessions with Marking I tried traditional therapy for a few months. I can see how for some people I'm sure it's very helpful but having had the experience working with Marking the first time I knew that the only way for me to achieve what I was after was with his approach to emotional intelligence and mindfulness. Working with Marking feels more personal and I felt he was truly invested in what he does and wears that proudly, which translates directly into his teaching. It's powerful. The first session was about healing and getting back to my baseline, this second session was about GROWING. Same tools, same practices, slightly different approach.
Since concluding my second coaching session I've felt more ME than I have in a really really long time. Just in time to share my energy with my new son and teach him about the importance of emotional intelligence as he grows. It sounds like I'm saying this because I feel like it's what Marking would want to hear, but I have legitimately grown and found happiness in myself, my relationships, my career, and every aspect of my life has improved immensely because I put the work in using the tools he taught me. That's the key, you have to put in the work. Every single day I get to continue to use the tools I've learned and do the work to be a better version of myself.
